Welcome to Ocean Star Apartment Sanur. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1 Reservations & Booking
- A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of our written confirmation and the required deposit or full payment.
- Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
- The number of guests occupying the apartment must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the booking.
- Rates are subject to applicable government taxes and service charges.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at our discretion.
2 Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 14:00 (2:00 PM) local Bali time (WITA). Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
- Check-out time: 12:00 (12:00 PM) local Bali time (WITA). Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
- Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in for all guests.
- Foreign guests are required to present a valid passport in compliance with Indonesian immigration regulations.
3 Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 7 days or more before arrival: Full refund, minus any payment processing fees.
- 3–6 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total booking value.
- Less than 3 days before arrival or no-show: No refund.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@oceanstarapartment.com.
- For bookings made through OTAs (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.), the cancellation policy of the respective platform applies.
4 Guest Conduct & House Rules
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we require that:
- Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 07:00 AM.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartment units. Designated smoking areas are available.
- Pets are not permitted on the premises unless explicitly approved in writing prior to arrival.
- Parties or gatherings beyond the registered number of guests are not permitted without prior written approval.
- Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of access cards and keys. Lost items may be subject to a replacement fee.
- Illegal activities of any kind on the premises are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.
5 Damage & Liability
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment, furniture, fixtures, or equipment during their stay.
- A security deposit may be required at check-in and will be returned upon check-out, subject to inspection.
- Ocean Star Apartment Sanur is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
- We are not liable for service interruptions (electricity, water, internet) caused by factors beyond our control, including force majeure events.
6 Amenities & Services
- Access to shared facilities (swimming pool, lobby, etc.) is subject to operational hours and house rules.
- Housekeeping services are provided as per the package selected. Additional cleaning requests may incur extra charges.
- Wi-Fi is complimentary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for network-related issues from the internet provider.
- Airport transfers, laundry, and other ancillary services are available at additional cost.
7 Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and videos, is the property of Ocean Star Apartment Sanur and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
8 Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
9 Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.
10 Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
